The 11th annual KDM three-mile fun run and walk will be held March 10 rain or shine. The race, created to keep the spirit of Keith McHeffey and other victims of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11 alive, will start at 11 a.m. in front of the Sea Bright Recreation Center. Itwill proceed south to the Monmouth Beach border and return to the recreation center. Registration opens at 9 a.m.

Aparty at the Mad Hatter commences immediately after the race and features entertainment by Jersey Shore musicians.

Registration by March 1 is $30 and $35 on race day.
