Mrs. Davis, 86, of Hazlet and formerly of Monmouth Beach, died March 9, 2010, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John’s Methodist Church, Hazlet, and the Eastern Star of Long Branch, and a former member of the Keyport American Legion. Her husband, Ivan F. Davis Sr., died in 1997. Surviving are three sons, Ivan Davis Jr. and his wife, Carol, of Browns Mills, Steven Davis and his wife, Arlene, of Cliffwood, and Richard Davis and his companion, Emily, of Hazlet; a brother, Robert Bowden of Bayonne; six grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren. A service was held at the Day Funeral Home, Keyport. Entombment followed at Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel.
