Mr. Versacio, 77, of Long Branch, died Jan. 12, 2010, at Morristown Memorial Hospital following a battle with cancer. He owned a produce company before his retirement. Mr. Versacio is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joanne; a son, Anthony; two daughters, Lisa and Maria; a brother, Ted; seven sisters, Theresa, Josephine, Francis, Anna, Stella, Marie and Millie; and five granddaughters. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Church of the Precious Blood, Monmouth Beach. Arrangements were by John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank.
