      Rocco Juliano
            Mr. Juliano, 85, of Ocean Township, died Jan. 4, 2010, at home. He was a self-employed mason. He also enjoyed cooking, and was featured in Rachel Ray’s 2008 Christmas magazine. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Siciliano Juliano; and 12 siblings. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Sharon Juliano; a granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

      George Headden
            Mr. Headden, 87, of Wall, died Jan. 4, 2010, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He resided in the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge prior to relocating to Wall five years ago, where he resided with his daughter and son-inlaw, Lisa and Jack, and two granddaughters. He was an auto body mechanic and owner of Joe’s Auto Body, Keyport, for 25 years, retiring in 1993.

      Bruce C. Feiring
            Mr. Feiring, 84, of Long Branch, died Jan. 7, 2010, at King James Nursing Home, Middletown. He resided in Fair Haven, Richmond, Va., and Monmouth Beach, prior to relocating to Long Branch in 1983. Mr. Feiring was general manager at Sloves Division of the Franklin Mint, Philadelphia, Pa., retiring in 1987. Surviving are his wife, Phyllis Green Feiring; a son and daughter-in-law, Bruce C.

      William F. Case Jr.
            Mr. Case, 78, of Monmouth Beach, died Jan. 10, 2010, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was a tugboat owner/captain, and later a buyer and seller of boats, barges and marine equipment on the East Coast.

      Margaret “Peggy” Van Emden
            Mrs. Van Emden, 89, of Shrewsbury, died Jan. 11, 2010, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She and her husband formerly owned a mail-order stamp business, and took part in several stamp shows. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was predeceased by a son, Alexander Van Emden Jr., and a sister, Frances Hartnett Kozma.

      Ruth Sternberg
            Mrs. Sternberg, 84, of the Wayside section of Ocean Township, died Dec. 28, 2009, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. She was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Louis Sternberg, in 1984. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Dennis and Randi Sternberg of Allenhurst; a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Dr.

            Mrs. Monteiro, 76, of Oceanport, died Jan. 9, 2010, at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Long Branch. Born in Portugal, she had resided in Long Branch and Ocean before relocating to Oceanport. Mrs. Monteiro was predeceased by her husband, Joaquim Monteiro, in 2008. She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jack J.

      Michael Lee Maltzman
            Mr. Maltzman, 70, of Eatontown, died Jan. 7, 2010, following a battle with cancer. He was presently employed at Starkman Distributors, Atlantic City. Prior to that, Mr. Maltzman managed Jersey Coast Tobacco and Candy Company, Belmar, for 20 years.

      Lillian M. Siracusano
            Mrs. Siracusano, 89, of South Setauket, Long Island, N.Y., and formerly West Long Branch, died Jan. 6, 2010, at St. Charles Hospital, Port Jefferson, N.Y. She was a retired sales associate at Macy’s Department Store, Eatontown. Mrs. Siracusano was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Ralph, in 2002; two brothers, Thomas and James Donnelly; and a nephew, Thomas Donnelly.
