            Mrs. Celley, 73, of Eatontown, died Nov. 7, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was senior administrative assistant at Computer Science Corp., Shrewsbury, retiring in 1990. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Celley, in 1996. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Philip and Mary Gazzo of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

            Mr. Waters, 44, of Monmouth Beach, died Nov. 8, 2009, at home. He resided in Rumson, Sea Bright and New York City prior to relocating to Monmouth Beach. He was a comptroller and senior financial analyst at his consulting business, Thomas H. Waters & Associates. Prior to that, he was involved in financial services at Roman Friedrich & Co.

            Mrs. Fisher, 75, of Long Branch, died Nov. 9, 2009, at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Long Branch. She was a crossing guard for the city of Long Branch the past 19 years. She was predeceased by two sisters, Lillian Andolino and Lorraine Fiore; and two grandsons, Sean Fisher and Michael Topham. She is survived by her husband, John L.

            Mrs. Louis, 75, of Oceanport, died Nov. 10, 2009, at home. She resided in the Wayside section of Ocean Township prior to relocating to Oceanport 10 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, Frederick I. Louis, in 2004.

      Lucy Vaccaro Moran
            Mrs. Moran, 92, of Long Branch, died Nov. 9, 2009. She was predeceased by her husband, John "Jackie" Moran, in 2006; and two sisters, Bernetta Eldridge and Grace O'Boyle. She is survived by her a brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Rita Vaccaro of Hobe Sound, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were by Woolley Funeral Home, Long Branch.
