      Long Branch Library, 328 Broadway, will collect Food for Fines during November, as well as have a "wish" tree of items for children of deployed soldiers and be a collection site for Project Little Soldier sponsored by ARMS. Patrons may donate food in lieu of paying their current fines (does not apply to pre-existing fines). The food items must not be opened, damaged or expired. All donations will be given to St. Luke's Church, Long Branch. Acrylics by artist Olga Withers will be exhibited during the month of November.       Monmouth University's (MU) performing arts series will present "Drum!" at 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at MU's Pollak Theatre, 400 Cedar Ave., West Long Branch. "Drum!" represents the musical heartbeat of Nova Scotia, and features 20 musicians, dancers, drummers, and singers from four principal cultures, aboriginal, black, Celtic and Acadian.       A birthday party for Bella from the film "Twilight," and celebration of the new film, "New Moon," will be held 6-8:30 p.m. Nov. 19 at Ocean Township Library, 701 Deal Road. The free program is for fans in grades six-12. Attendees may decorate T-shirts with favorite "Twilight" quotes or designs, get a picture taken with a life-size figure of vampire hero Edward, and test their film trivia knowledge for prizes.       Monmouth University's (MU) entrepreneurship class will host "Stars in the Nest" talent show 7:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at Pollak Theatre, Cedar Avenue, West Long Branch. D'Anthony Palms, a comedian featured in the film "Harold and Kumar 2," will host and perform at the show. Admission is $7, and $10 for the public. Proceeds benefit Ronald McDonald House, and MU student Noelle McNeil who has written an inspirational book, Heaven Exists about her experience with brain trauma.       The Red Bank Area Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society will present "Voices of Christmas" at 2 p.m. Dec. 6 in the auditorium of Ocean Township High School, West Park Avenue, Oakhurst section of Ocean Township. The chorus will present classic holiday tunes with guest performances by the Henry Hudson Regional High School a cappella choir and the Matinee Idles chorus.
