Mr. Frechette, 89, of Eatontown, died Sept. 18, 2009, at home. He was freight and lighterage agent, manager of Grand Central Station ticket sales, and superintendent of marine operations in New York harbor at New York Central, Penn Central and Conrail railroads, Weehawken, for 38 years.
