The Garden State Film Festival, Asbury Park, is accepting entries from independent filmmakers, with the deadline for submissions Dec. 1. The 2010 festival will be held March 25-28 at the Paramount Theater in Asbury Park.

Entries will be judged in several categories, including a category for trailers added this year. Movie music tracks will be judged solely on merit, and producers may submit their works, regardless of whether the film has been submitted or accepted. Music makers who have written and produced tracks for independent films may also submit a CD of movie music.
