Antoinette Ciaglia
Mrs. Ciaglia, 97, of Red Bank and Brick, died July 1, 2009, at Shorrock Gardens Care Center, Brick. She was a retired secretary and officer at Angelo's Paving Co., Red Bank. She was the oldest member of the Red Bank Fire Department Women's Auxiliary, and received a 60-year Membership Award in 2008. She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo Ciaglia; two sisters, Rose Montanaro and Carmela "Millie" Parella; two brothers, Sam and Joseph Rizzo; and two sons-inlaw, Richard Brown and Mario Canepa. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Marcellino "Sonny" and Rita Ciaglia of West Long Branch; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Barbara and William McDonald of Melbourne, Fla., Carmela and Louis Ferraro of Brick, with whom she resided, and Marie Brown of Oceanport; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Anna Perno of the Lincroft section of Middletown, and Marie and Bill Kaiser of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. Interment was at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John E.
