Sky Blue Soccer School invites coaches of incoming or current high school age girls to a special session 7-9 p.m. May 27 at Thomas Edison Park, Edison, with the professionals of Sky Blue Soccer School, the only major training company comprised mostly of female trainers. The session is presented by Sky Blue FC, in cooperation with the New Jersey Girls Soccer Coaches Association (NJGSCA); the main presenter will be Kelly Lindsey, assistant coach, Sky Blue FC. Coaches who sign up for the session get a free ticket to the Sky Blue FC vs. Boston Breakers game 6 p.m. May 31 at Rutgers University's Yurcak Field. Space is limited. New Jersey Race Club Triple Crown Ocean Mile Series schedule is as follows: June 27, Asbury Park Ocean Mile; July 11, Sea Bright Ocean Mile; and Aug. 16, the Belmar Ocean Mile. The 2009 Greyhound Basketball camps will be held at Moravian College, Bethlehem, Pa. A day and overnight camp for boys ages 8-18 will run July 12-16. The Riverview Medical Center Foundation is hosting its annual golf invitational June 1 at Rumson Country Club with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Proceeds will assist in providing quality state-of-the-art health care services to the surrounding community
New to the Riverview Invitational this year is the Meridian Cup, an opportunity for female golfers to enjoy an afternoon of intense competition while supporting a worthy cause. Participants must have a U.S.G.A. handicap and players will be seeded by handicap for play in the tournament.
