The nonprofit Friends of the Monmouth County Parks will hold the Donna K. Lane Memorial 5K Run/Walk at 9 a.m. April 26 at Thompson Park, Newman Springs Road, Lincroft section of Middletown (rain or shine). The event honors Donna K. Lane, a former executive director of the Friends. Registration is $35 and includes a T-shirt, water stop and refreshments at the finish.
