      Robert "Bob" S. Coiner
            Mr. Coiner, 65, of Hazlet, died Jan. 25, 2009, at home. He resided in Brick, and the Wanamassa section of Ocean Township, prior to relocating to Hazlet in 1998. He was a logistician at Naval Weapons Station, Earle, Colts Neck, from 1962 until retirement in 2000. He is survived by his wife, Julia Coleman Coiner; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert T.

            Mr. Arnone, 92, of Shrewsbury, died Jan. 31, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He owned and operated Arnone's Texaco Service Center, Shrewsbury, from 1947-82. He was predeceased by his wife of 61 years, Sophie, in 2001; a brother, Thomas; and two sisters, Rose Arnone and Mildred Stobel. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Frank M.

            Mrs. Blandon, 90, of West Long Branch, died Jan. 31, 2009. She was a retired secretary at Westinghouse Electric, Newark, where she was employed 10 years She was predeceased by her husband, Roberto Blandon; and a brother, William Atkins.             Mr. Pappalardo, 86, of Eatontown, died Jan. 10, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a horse trainer for 60 years. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sophie Mostovlyan Pappalardo; a daughter and sonin law, Patricia and Steven Bardsley of Wall; a brother, Jimmy Pappalardo of Jersey City; and two grandchildren.
