      Richard L. Brennan
            Mr. Brennan, 91, formerly of the Shadow Lake Village section of Middletown, died Nov. 30, 2008, at his daughter's home in Ocean Township. Prior to relocating to Ocean Township, he resided in the West Keansburg section of Hazlet. He was a retired operator at Chevron Oil Company, Perth Amboy.

      Anita Vivian Walker Calabrese
            Mrs. Calabrese, 84, died Nov. 30, 2008, at Saint Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She was a retired security guard at Shadow Lake Village, Middletown. Prior to that, she was a crossing guard for the Borough of Little Silver for several years. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Rocco Calabrese.

            Mrs. Novak, 80, of Columbia, S.C., and formerly the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township, died Nov. 30, 2008. She is survived by her husband, John Novak; a son and daughter-in-law, John Thomas and Sharon Novak of Columbia, S.C.

      William George Wyckoff
            Mr. Wyckoff, 68, of Eatontown, died Nov. 30, 2008, at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care, Long Branch. He was a silk screener at Electronic Associates Inc., West Long Branch. He was predeceased by his wife of 22 years, Patricia L. Wyckoff, in 1988; and a brother, Charles. He is survived by a nephew and two nieces; and several great-nieces and greatnephews.

      Margaret Mattingly Bitter
            Mrs. Bitter, 83, of Ocean Township, died Dec. 1, 2008, at King Manor, Neptune. She was predeceased by her husband, John Bitter, in 1980. She is survived by a son, John Bitter of Washington; two daughters, Linda Havens of Neptune, and Judy Chowning of Ocean Township; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
