Mr. Dimitroulakos, 17, of Tinton Falls, died Nov. 27, 2008, in Colts Neck, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Long Branch, he resided in Eatontown prior to relocating to Tinton Falls four years ago. He was a junior at Red Bank Catholic High School, and played for the varsity football team. He was employed at the Americana Diner Restaurant, Shrewsbury, owned by his father. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Petros D. Dimitroulakos. He is survived by his father, Dimitrous "Jimmy" Dimitroulakos of Tinton Falls; his mother, Renee Santiago of Neptune; a brother and sister, Nicholas and Brianna Santiago, both of Neptune; his paternal grandmother, Maria Dimitroulakos of Tinton Falls; his maternal grandparents, Elaine and William Mauro of Long Branch; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements were by John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. A funeral service was held at Kisimis Tis Theotokou Greek Orthodox Church, Holmdel. Interment followed at St. George Greek Orthodox Cemetery, Neptune. Arrangements were by John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank.
