      George Bakos
            Mr. Bakos, 80, of Lady Lake, Fla., died Nov. 30, 2008, at home. He was a warehouseman and manager at Middletown Plumbing and Heating for 49 years, retiring in 1993. He resided in Middletown for 50 years, prior to relocating to Lady Lake, Fla., 15 years ago. He was predeceased by his first wife, Doris M. Bakos, in 1962; a sister, Mary Bakos; and a brother, John Bakos.

            Mr. Denegar, 61, of Eatontown, died Nov. 30, 2008. He was a former member of Jersey Rangers Drum & Bugle Corps, Eatontown, and Happy Melody Band. He was a member of The Association for Retarded Citizens of Monmouth, Tinton Falls.

            Mr. Claiborne, 69, of Ocean Township, died Nov. 19, 2008, at home. He was a bus driver at Murphy Transportation, Tinton Falls. He was predeceased by his mother, Helen Stafford; his father, William Claiborne; and two sisters, Rosa Lee Perry and Blanche Hamilton. He is survived by his companion, Ethel P.

            Mrs. Risden, 43, of Santa Monica, Calif., and formerly Long Branch, died Nov. 21, 2008, in Santa Monica. She was a retied teacher at Echo Horizon School, Culver City, Calif., where she taught for 19 years.

            Mrs. Cevetello, 83, of Long Branch, died Nov. 22, 2008, at Health Care Center at Waterford Glen Assistant Living, Wall. She was a stock transfer manager at National Westminster Bank of Jersey City for 25 years, retiring in 1991. She was predeceased by her husband, Jerome A. Cevetello Sr., in 1985.

      Elizabeth "Betty" O'Leary
            Miss O'Leary, 75, of Monmouth Beach, died Nov. 22, 2008, at home. She was the senior vice president of the mortgage department at Chase Manhattan Bank, New York City, for 45 years, retiring in 1990. She is survived by two sisters, Rose Reindel of Monmouth Beach, and Alice Boyle of Long Island, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.

            Mrs. Hopler, 86, of Ocean Township, died Nov. 24, 2008, at home. She resided in Hazlet, prior to relocating to Ocean Township in 1987. She did administrative work at Bell Laboratories, Holmdel, for 20 years, retiring in 1986. She was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America.

            Mrs. Ardia, 80, of Long Branch, died Nov. 25, 2008, at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Long Branch. She was an assistant librarian for the Long Branch School System for 25 years, retiring in 1989. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis P. Ardia, in 1993. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Katherine and John DiGiovanni Jr.
