Hospital offers 'Art Is Good' program
LONG BRANCH — The David S. Zocchi Brain Tumor Center at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch presented a unique and exciting art exhibition, "Art Is Good," at the hospital.
"Art Is Good" is a unique six-week series of beginner art classes for children and teens whose parent or immediate family member has either been diagnosed with or has passed away from a brain tumor
The classes give the participants an opportunity to express their feelings and emotions through art therapy.
The exhibition featured the original artwork created by the children and teens, and their friends, who participated in the six-week session over the summer.
