HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospitals of New Jersey, Tinton Falls and Toms River, will host the conference "Life Challenges: Turning Disabilities Into Possibilities," 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at Sheraton Eatontown Hotel, 6 Industrial Way.

The conference is designed for persons with disabilities and families, friends, caregivers and healthcare professionals. It will feature two keynote speakers, breakout sessions and exhibitors. Fee is $25 per person, and preregistration is required. Continental breakfast, snacks and lunch will be provided.
