Victor M. Araujo

Mr. Araujo, 40, of Long Branch, died Aug. 30, 2008, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. He was a construction laborer at De Fino Construction Company, South Plainfield. He was predeceased by his father, Virgilio Maria. He is survived by his wife, Rosa Araujo; a son, Jesse Araujo of West Long Branch; a daughter, Stephany Araujo of West Long Branch; his mother, Lurdes Araujo of West Long Branch; five sisters, Silvina Diogo of France, Lurdes Pinto of Portugal, Lena Pinto of Portugal, Rosa Maria Araujo of Portugal, and Emilia Mapelli of West Long Branch; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be Sept. 4 at 8:30 a.m. at Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch.
