The Ocean Township Italian American Association will present the 32nd annual Italian Festival 5 p.m. Aug. 6-10 at Joe Palaia Park, Deal and Whalepond Roads, Ocean Township. Epiphany House, Asbury Park and Long Branch, will sponsor its second annual luncheon/fashion show 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 27 at The Renaissance, Ocean Township. Colonial Terrace Golf Course, Ocean Township, has announced the winners of its Junior Masters Tournament in late July. Max Lerner won for the 12-16 age group, and Joseph Dempsey for the 8-11 group. Neptune Township American Legion Post 346 will hold a golf tournament/steak bake Aug. 18 at Fort Monmouth Sun Eagles golf Course, Eatontown. Registration is 7:30 a.m., and the tournament at 8 a.m. The steak bake with all-you-can-eat filet mignon will be at 1:30 p.m. at Post 346, 21 Gully Road, Neptune. Cost for both is $150 with proceeds benefiting American Legion baseball. Prizes will be given for first- and second-place teams, and other various prizes will be given. There will also be a 50/50. The Monmouth County Sheriff 's Office, the Long Branch Police Department, the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety, The Children's Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center's SAFE KIDS Chapter are sponsoring a child-seat inspection 3-6 p.m. Aug. 21 at Long Branch Union Fire Company, 199 Union Ave. The free inspections will be conducted by certified child passenger safety technicians. Market in the Middle, 516 Asbury Ave., Asbury Park, along with the Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Eatontown, and Asbury Rockin' Cats will present a Paws for Life fundraiser and gallery opening Aug. 16. The fundraiser will begin at 4 p.m. with a doggy fashion show at the Wonder Bar in Asbury Park. Festivities then move to Market in the Middle for the opening of Joyce Stolaroff 's "Paws for Life" art exhibit. Wine, cheese and tapas will be served. Long Branch Housing Authority in conjunction with the city of Long Branch and Planned Parenthood of Central New Jersey will host its annual Back 2 School Festival during Long Branch Day 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Sept. 13.
