Mr. Beirne, 60, of Middletown, died July 14, 2008, at River Hospital, Alexandria Bay, N.Y. He resided in Red Bank, and the Middletown area for 20 years. He was the retired manager of a distribution center for Cooper Electric, Freehold. He is survived by his fiancée, Barbara Toal of Middletown; a sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Anthony Zembrzuski of Little Egg Harbor; and two nephews. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Catherine's Roman Catholic Church, North Middletown. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
