      Mrs. Boynton, 91, of the Elberon section of Long Branch, died July 16, 2008, at her daughter's home in Elberon. She was a driver for the American Red Cross, and worked with disabled children for 20 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Boynton; and a son, Rhett Boynton. She is survived by two daughters, Constance Ann Baker of Gloverville, S.C.

      Mr. Palmer, 89, of Fair Haven, died July 10, 2008. He was the retired manager of Project Coed, Newark. Prior to that, he was employed as Director of Public Information for the New Jersey Department of Education, and education editor and a reporter at the Newark Evening News. He was predeceased by his wife, Eleanore Mortenson Palmer.
