Student Ocean Advocates present exhibit to highlight efforts

      EATONTOWN - A group of Monmouth County students gathered last week to highlight their ongoing efforts to educate the public to "Be Green to Save Big Blue." The students are all members of Student Ocean Advocates (SOA), a select group fromMonmouth County high schools that works with Clean OceanAction (COA) to help clean the ocean and put a stop to ocean pollution.
