Mrs. Fornicola, 93, of Wall Township, and formerly Long Branch, died Feb. 15, 2008, at home. She was supervisor of the print shop at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, from 1957 until retirement in1977. She was predeceased by her husband Paul Joseph Fornicola in 1968; three brothers Americo, George and Alfred; and five sisters Eleanor, Florence, Evelyn, Marian and Camille. She is survived by her children Paul and Mary Lou Fornicola of Wall, Diane Cusa of Interlaken, and Ronald Fornicola of Wall, her caregiver; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was at Holy Innocents Church, Neptune. Burial followed at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport. Arrangements were by O'Brien Funeral Home, Wall.
