      The University of Scranton (Pa.) announced the following local students who received degrees at the spring commencement ceremonies: Stephanie A. Rubert, West Long Branch, a bachelor of arts degree in communication; and Krystan K. Silva, Eatontown, a bachelor of science degree cum laude in human resources studies.
