      The Monmouth University Department of Music and Theatre Arts will present its annual spring concert, "A Concert for Peace," Friday at 8 p.m. in the university's Pollak Theatre. Tickets are $10 at the door only. The concert features the Monmouth University Concert Chorus and Chamber Choir and Chamber Orchestra. The focal piece of the concert will be Haydn's "Mass in Time of War.

      Cast of SchoolHouse Rock! Running Rabbit Family Theatre (RRFT) will premiere "Schoolhouse Rock Live!" at Monmouth University's Pollak Theatre, West Long Branch, and Two River Theater in Red Bank. The new musical is a playful, laugh-filled look at the school subjects of math, science, social studies and history. Performances are April 22 at 2 p.m. at Pollak Theatre, 400 Cedar Ave.
