      Exercise the right to vote

'Silly season" is upon us again - the ridiculous exercise of mud slinging among politicians.

Don't they realize the voters already know if you sling enough mud some will stick somewhere?

The voters are tired of the current campaign methods. This stuff stinks to high heaven and a lot of it is nothing but lies designed to destroy the character of good people.

Yes, there are some good people on both sides of the aisle and it's the voters' job to educate themselves as to who the good guys and gals are and who the bad ones are. Sometimes we get what we deserve.

Recent forums (and there should be more of them) at all levels of government help to enlighten as long as issues are the agenda.

Every citizen has an obligation to vote - it is a civic responsibility. Learn the issues and vote for people not parties. We have choices--let's make them.
