Residents will get facts from meetings
My name is Fred Acerra and I'm sure that at least 215 residents will remember me as the one who walked various sections of West Long Branch getting signatures asking the mayor and council to not use taxpayers' money to sue the Zoning Board over the Monmouth University decision.

Unger will begin return of city government to Long Branch
It is time for an independent voice on the Long Branch City Council who will speak and work for our Long Branch residents. That independent voice should be Brian Unger's.

Freeholders fail to reform county government
It seems unfortunate that the Monmouth County Freeholders' rhetoric does not match up with their actions. Case in point: they recently voted to reappoint Malcolm Carton as the county counsel. Carton has played a very large part in county government at a time of FBI arrests, widespread corruption an

Unger will be residents' voice on City Council
Now is the time to vote for Brian Unger for City Council of Long Branch. His goals are to lower property taxes, create more skilled jobs for minority youth, more recreation and after-school programs for your children, better beach access and to prevent the abuse of eminent domain.

      Unger a strong, independent candidate
I remember when the beaches were filthy with debris, and the water murky. We have much cleaner waves now no small thanks to Brian Unger, who was active in the whole process, working with Rep. Frank Pallone and the Clean Ocean Action.

      Eminent domain abuse in Neptune
Although much attention has been given to eminent domain in Long Branch, it seems no one is keeping track of the abuse going on in neighboring town Neptune.
