Monmouth County Directors of Volunteers in Agencies (DOVIA) has announced it will award a $750 scholarship in 2006 to a Monmouth County high school senior who has demonstrated a commitment to community service. Applications may be obtained by e-mailing doviascholarshipj@gmail.com.
