Reservations now taken for local polo match

Reservations are now being taken for a polo match sponsored by the Lincroft Village Green Association June 5 at Colts Neck Polo Grounds at Bucks Mill Park, Route 537, Colts Neck. Gates open at 2 p.m., and the match begins at 3 p.m.

The tailgating event is limited to 35 cars, and cars park directly along the sideline of the field within designated parking spaces (only cars permitted). Cost is $100 per car and each car is permitted a maximum of six adults. Children younger than age 12 are admitted free. Additional guests of the reserved tailgating space can park in a separate parking area, and additional guests pay an admission of $20 per person. All proceeds benefit the Lincroft Village Green, a new park on Newman Springs Road. Colts Neck Polo is a nonprofit.
