The New Jersey Repertory Company, in association with Tina Chen, will present the world premiere of Ruth Wolff’s “Beyond Gravity” with previews March 31 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and April 1 at 8 p.m. The play will run April 2-May 8, with performances Thursdays-Saturdays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m.

The drama is highlighted by the aura of unfulfilled promises, sexual scandal, and the appearance of a mysterious young woman. Preview tickets are $20, and all other performances are $30 (discounts available). Tickets for opening night with a reception sponsored by the Ocean Place Resort and Spa, are $35 for April 2. Dinner/theater packages are available at several neighborhood restaurants. Performances will be at the Lumia Theatre, 179 Broadway, Long Branch.
