Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, will offer several programs at SCAN Learning Center during July, be­ginning with a Parkinson’s disease sup­port group meeting July 6. The meeting is from 10-11 a.m., and group session for caregivers from 11 a.m. to noon.

The center will offer cholesterol screenings July 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at a fee of $10 (no registration required). Blood pressure screenings will be July 14 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. (no fee required). "Partnership for Care: Communicating with Your Physician" will be presented by Eileen Doremus of the Alzheimer’s Asso­ciation, Greater New Jersey, July 21 from 1-3 p.m. Registration is required for the above, which are free for SCAN members (unless otherwise noted), and membership is free to individuals age 50 and older.
