The New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium (NJMSC), Sandy Hook, has announced it will offer marine and environmental science college-level courses to be taught on Jersey Shore beaches. The courses begin in late May and include marine biology, marine science education, and scuba. An audit policy is also available for non-credit.
