Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey (VNACJ), Red Bank, will raffle off four tickets to a Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band performance Aug. 7. Tickets are $25 for the concert, Aug. 31 at Giants Stadium, East Rutherford. Two tickets will be given to two winners of the raffle, with proceeds benefiting VNACJ’s Gifts From the Heart fund.
