     The Long Branch council unanimously approved a capital improvement bond ordinance for $1,755,000 for various city projects and purchases. The purchases will include a new pumper firetruck, 90 radios for the police department, traffic light boxes, a microfilm printer, and various pieces of equipment for the public works department.
