Suggestion made to remedy Oceanport intersection

We have just completed our 10th trip to your area. It was great seeing our granddaughter, our Florida-born daughter, and her Red Bank husband.

However there’s a big problem in Oceanport, and I believe most drivers know of it — Route 36 and Oceanport Avenue.

Every trip there’s an accident. So may I suggest a sign indicating a "dangerous intersection ahead," a left-turn light, and keeping the median grass cut low.

I also think Monmouth Park should look into this because the intersection has such a bad reputation.

The negative PR for them might go something like this — "Yeah, I got hit by some jerk at 36 and Oceanport while trying to get to the race track!"

I’ve found you New Jersey folks more progressive than we in Palm Beach County, Florida, and I would think something could be done with this situation.

Thank you very kindly for hearing me out.
