In the April 25th edition of the Atlanticville, Richard Schibell was incorrectly identified as a principal of 308 Highway 35 Inc., a company that plans to open a juice bar with nude dancers at that address on Route 35 in Eatontown. In court, Schibell was not identified as the principal of the company, but as the complainant in a lawsuit against the borough seeking to overturn zoning restrictions preventing the club’s opening. In that hearing, the company was represented by Red Bank lawyer, Lewis H. Robertson. In previous legal matters, Schibell has served as the company’s attorney.
