Parent Mentor Program available to mothers

The Monmouth County Division of Social Services wishes to inform individuals that its Parent Mentor Program is available to lend support to local mothers.

Parent mentors are volunteers who are available to mothers in Monmouth County. A mentor is an experienced parent who meets weekly with the mother at a mutually convenient time. Mentors help mothers find solutions to problems, find resources in the community, share parenting, budgeting and cooking skills, and offer friendship.
