HENRY SAGUE, 76, of Brick died Oct. 27 in the Medical Center of Ocean County, Brick division. He was a butcher at Ocean Bay Diner, Point Pleasant, for many years, retiring in the 1980s. He was previously employed at Howell Woodworking, Lakewood. He was a World War II Navy veteran. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2342; a past member of the American Legion Post 348 and a member of the USS John C. Butler’s Veterans Association. Born in Long Branch, he lived in Brick for 45 years. He was predeceased by his wife, Agnes J., who died in 1998. Surviving are a daughter, Irene Rafferty of Brick; two sons, Frank of Brick, and Gary of Beachwood; two brothers, David of Monmouth Beach, and John of Florida; and three grandchildren. Weatherhead Young Funeral Home, Brick, was in charge of arrangements. Services were held in the chapel at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arnytown. YAHARA, 73, of Long Branch died Oct. 29 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Born in Neptune, she resided in Maine prior to moving to Long Branch four years ago. Mrs. Yahara was a parishioner of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward, in 1998. She is survived by her son, Paul Yahara of Ashland, Ore.; her daughter and son-in-law, Julia and Joseph Ciaglia of Long Branch; two brothers, William Rockhill of Virginia and Chett Rockhill of Texas; her sister, Doris Crawley of Florida; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, 800 Ocean Ave., Long Branch 07740. JANET TREMBLEY, 55, of Union Beach died Nov. 1 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Long Branch, she resided in Keyport before moving to Union Beach 35 years ago. Mrs. Trembley was an accounts payable secretary at Car Parts, Raritan, for the past 16 years. She was a former Sunday school teacher at Grace United Methodist Church, Union Beach. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Richard Trembley; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Rick Trembley, and Thomas and Cathy Trembley, all of Union Beach; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Betty and Harry Svenson, Lynn Steel and Jean Neilson, all of Florida; three brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Joan Rusnak, Robert and Kathy Rusnak and Stephen and Terri Rusnak, all of Florida; her mother-in-law, Albertha Trembley of Union Beach; two grandsons; two sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
