      JAMES JOHN MEAGHER, 64, of West Long Branch died June 11 at home. Born in Allentown, he lived in Trenton prior to moving to West Long Branch in 1966. He was a school psychologist with the Middletown school system for more than 20 years, retiring in 1998. He served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Margaret Kelly Meagher. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Carol Graham Meagher of West Long Branch; three daughters and sons-in-law, Suzanne and Albert Fico of the Wayside section of Ocean Township, Kristin and Jeffrey Davis of the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township, and Carolyn and Richard Egan of West Long Branch; two brothers, Joseph Meagher of Groveville, and John Meagher of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; his sister, Erin Sampson of Tabernacle; and seven grandchildren.
