The Eatontown Community Center Preschool program will hold an open house 9:30 - 11 a.m. daily through May 18 for parents interested in enrolling a child. The center is located at 68 Broad St.

Precious Blood church hosts golf tournament

The Church of the Precious Blood, Monmouth Beach, will host its first golf outing June 11 at Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune. Proceeds will be directed to the restoration and refurbishment of the Parish Center, which is used by many groups from several surrounding communities for basketball, dinner dances, meetings, etc.

‘Coast to Coast’ bike ride benefits MS programs

The New Jersey Metro Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is challenging bike riders to join the 21st Annual Bike MS “Coast the Coast” ride on May 19 and 20.

Beach access is subject of talk at BCC May 21

John Weber, Northeast regional manager of the Surfrider Foundation, will discuss the revised NJDEP regulations to monitor the plans of coastal communities on how they will provide beach access to New Jersey citizens. The meeting will be held 6:30 p.m. May 21 in Twin Lights Rooms 1 and 2 in the Warner Student Life Center (SLC) at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft.

Long Branch Elks Lodge 742 will host an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner 6-7:30 p.m. May 18 at the Elks Lodge, 150 Garfield Ave. The cost is $7 per person. Diners will have a choice of spaghetti in red sauce or clam sauce. Menu choices include meatballs, sausage, peppers and onions, baked ziti, chicken parmigiana, pasta fagioli, salad, bread, butter, dessert, coffee and tea.
